Ethics Training Compliance Report

Pursuant to 4 GCA 15 § 15410.(d) - No later than thirty (30) days after the end of each fiscal year, every director, administrator, president or head of a government of Guam agency, including line agencies, autonomous and semi-autonomous agencies, public corporations, the Mayors Council of Guam, the Courts of the Judiciary of Guam, and I Liheslaturan Guåhan shall electronically submit to the Guam Ethics Commission, in an electronic portable document format, an "Ethics Training Compliance Report." Said report shall at minimum list the employees by name, job title, and each ethics program completed, and the date of completion.
